3D printing of plastic parts

Our company is engaged in prototyping. This allows you to see the physical concept of the design at an early stage of development and eliminate all errors that are not noticeable during the design. In addition, some clients do not want to engage in mass production, they are at the stage of looking for investors, but they want to get their own prototype, which they can hold in their hands and show to their investor. This is why prototyping is so important.

In our laboratory, we have 2 copyright, two extruder 3D printers “Makerbot” with a working print field of 300 × 300 × 300 mm, with an accuracy of 0.2 mm. On them we produce large plastic parts, if desired, we can make several colors. There is a small author’s 3D printer with a working field of 180 × 180 × 150 mm, and with increased print quality and an accuracy of up to 0.1 mm, we use it for small models that require special attention to quality – but not very expensive.

In addition, we print with SLA photopolymer resin with quality up to 25 microns, for this we use the Anycubic Photon printer with a working field of 115 × 65 × 155 mm. This is suitable for printing very high quality parts when you need to give the model a beautiful appearance and do it very quickly – not but waiting for it to be made at the factory or ordering molds or a large batch of parts.
