CARD SHUFFLER
It has been designed to shuffle cards automatically. A deck of cards installs inside this device and after clicking on the deck of cards, the cards are being distributed in two directions. The engineering modeling was done by our mechanical engineer in the SolidWorks program and printed in our laboratory using ANYCUBIC PHOTON SLA 3d printer with resin. The PCB design was designed by our electronic engineer in the Altium Design program. The board was developed on the JLCPSB standard. The firmware was written in the Visual Studio program using C++ programming language. We are engaged in the development and prototyping of devices. Our mechanical engineers will develop a concept design for your product and then together with our electronic engineers they will correctly design all fasteners and internal parts, create drawings and STL or STEP files for production. Our electronics engineers will develop an electronic part for your product, create a circuit of electronic components, then design a PCB. Then they will order it in production to check and debug the firmware. In addition, we can write software. Our designers will assemble the first prototype of your device in our office to make sure that it works correctly, make a full cycle of all checks to prevent any problems in production — this will help save you a lot of money.
