3D printing, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering helped our team to make the 3D printer.

Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, prototyping, and 3D printing are highly relevant in today’s society. Our company recently decided to construct its own 3D printer, a device that is essential to the work of every developer.

 

The primary purpose of building this 3D printer was to utilize it for our company’s specific needs. The final prototype still operates and continues to bring the benefit to our company.

The printer operates based on a simple principle: it uses computer-aided design software to produce three-dimensional objects through a process of layering. This process, also known as additive manufacturing, involves layering various materials, such as plastics, composites, or bio-materials, to create objects of varying shapes, sizes, rigidity, and color.

The prototype of the 3D printer was designed in Solidworks programm by our 3D designer.
This printer uses ABS plastic and 2 nozzies 0.2-1.2 but you can use 1 nozzie if you need.

In result of using mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and 3d printing our team managed to build 3D printer that still works in our company.
