Using modern technologies of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and 3D printing the device for shuffling cards was made.
This device has been designed to automatically shuffle cards. A deck of cards is installed inside the device and after pressing a button, the cards are distributed in two directions.
The mechanical engineering includes:
- The device body
- Two small gears
- Two large gears
- Two shafts with two rubber rollers
- Two card limiters
The Electrical engineering includes:
- PCB board
- MK Attiny85
- Polar micro metal gearmotor.
The engineering modeling was done by our mechanical engineer in the SolidWorks program and printed in our laboratory using the ANYCUBIC PHOTON SLA 3D printer with resin. The PCB design was created by our electronic engineer in the Altium Design program. The board was developed to the JLCPSB standard. The firmware was written in the Visual Studio program using the C++ programming language.
In result using mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and 3D printing the device that will make life of people easier and fair in card gaming.
