Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and prototyping play very sufficient role in people’s life. Recently our company decided to build up our own 3D printer. These devices play very important role in life of every developer.

The 3D printer was made by our company in order to use it in our own goals. We have spent pretty much time to get the final prototype which is still active and works on benefit of our company. The principle of operation is simple: the device uses computer-aided design to create three-dimensional objects through a layering method. Sometimes referred to as additive manufacturing, 3D printing involves layering materials, like plastics, composites or bio-materials to create objects that range in shape, size, rigidity and color.

  • Machine profile 20X20 mm
  • Set of shafts 8mm (Х4)
  • Module with linear bearing (Х4)
  • Set of trapezoidal lead screws (Х2)
  • Joint coupling (Х2)
  • Pulley GT-2 (Х2)
  • Springs (size 15X5) (Х4)
  • Plastic feeding mechanism (MK9 extruder)
  • Set of table clips
  • Gear BELT (GT-2) (1 meter)
  • Linear bearing

Electrical engingeering includes:

  • Nema 17 (X3) Stepper motors
  • RAMPS Shield control board
  • Heating table 330X330
  • 12V power supply
  • Hotend V6
  • Sensors LJ12A3 (X3)
  • Display RepRapDiscount

The prototype was designed by our 3D engineer in Solidworks programm. This printer uses Pla plastic and 1 nozzie 0,2-0,4.

In result of using мechanical engineering, electrical engineering our company has managed to create own 3D printer, that still operates nowadays.
