SWITCHBOT

Using 3D printing, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, a smart button was created. Development 2023.

Using 3D printing, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering, a Smart Device Switch-A-Bot robot has been created.

This device is designed to turn various switches on or off through sound.
Switch-A-Bot can be mounted on different devices to control them. The device has several types of buttons, including push buttons and touch buttons. The device is activated by sound, and the sensitivity of the sound level is adjustable depending on the task.

 The mechanical engineering includes: 

  • Device body
  • Interchangeable nozzles
  • Electrical engineering includes:
  • PCB board with Attiny 25 MCU
  • Lithium-ion battery 3.7 V
  • MG90S micro servo actuator

3D modeling was done by our mechanical engineer using SolidWorks software. PCB design was created by our electronics engineer using Altium Design program. The board was designed in JLCPCB standard and the firmware was written in Visual Studio program using C++ programming language.

The device was designed by our mechanical engineer using SolidWorks software and printed in our lab on an ANYCUBIC PHOTON SLA resin 3D printer.

As a result, using 3D printing, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering, our company has created a device that will comfort people’s lives in the future.
